We're Dave and Lou.
Dave's the chef; he lives, breathes and sleeps food. He's painfully modest but anyone who knows him will tell you his skill and passion in the kitchen bares second to none, and you'll have trouble maintaning his attention if you're talking about anything that cannot be consumed.
And me, well I'm the one who makes a living through video editing, photography and film. My future aspirations involve training to be a professional bourbon eater, but until then, I'm just going to enjoy travelling the world, and documenting it as we go.
So what's this blog all about? In March 2016, we both gave up our jobs and flat in London to travel. We've got a hit list of places to visit which will reveal itself as we post, but our goals are little more ambitious than to meet interesting people, learn new things, and eat well.
We will both take care of keeping the blog updated, photos and words alike. We're excited to see what shape it will take as the weeks unfold.
